To further strengthen the close partnership between the United States and Bermuda, U.S. Consul General Karen Grissette welcomed Hon. Premier David Burt to the U.S. Department of State during his visit to Washington D.C. last week.
The U.S. Consulate arranged meetings with senior State Department officials which centered on the United States’ close connections to Bermuda’s international business sector, and U.S. and Bermuda’s concerted efforts to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. The United States values its deep ties and partnership with Bermuda and is proud to continue to strengthen the special relationship.
