Giovanni Hollis shares why studying in the United States was his top choice. “I wanted the flexibility and freedom to choose my major,” says the ambitious student who is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with a minor in business analytics at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Giovanni received several scholarships to support his undergraduate studies and advises on the many scholarship opportunities available here in Bermuda.

In this video, Alia Peets shares her reasons for choosing to study in the United States and encourages students to turn their dreams into reality.  “I chose to study in the United States because it was easier, it was closer to home, and the programs…in the United States were more accessible,” she said. Alia is pursuing her dream career as a veterinarian through her undergraduate studies at Sweet Briar College in Virginia.

Emma Harvey shares her enthusiasm about attending Penn State University in Pennsylvania. Harvey was named one of six captains of the university’s swim team this season and represented Bermuda in the Commonwealth Games in July 2022.
