The U.S. Consulate General invites all interested parties to submit Statement of Work estimates for the projects listed below.
1. Installation of Exterior Lighting at Official Residence - due May 10, 2019
The U.S. Consulate General has a Request for Quotation available for installation of exterior lighting at the Consul General’s official residence ‘ Cedarhurst’ located at 33 Wilkinson Avenue, Hamilton Parish CR 04. Please see information attached and if interested submit a proposal. If you are interested in a site visit, please advise and we will organize one for all interested parties to attend together. Please note that this project will require the successful contractor to have Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance – which is a different level of workers compensation than what is the norm for Bermuda. The entire cost for this premium is to be included as a separate line item on your proposal as the Consulate will pay for it as part of this project once all work has been completed. This process can take some time so we advise submission as soon as possible in order to meet our bid deadline – May 10, 2019 at 4:00 pm. The U.S. Consulate is not allowed to pay a deposit or any advance or partial payment per State Department regulations but will process payment as soon as possible once work is completed. If you have any questions, please address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
